Contributors Biographies

Carlos Domenech is an architectural and fine art photographer whose body of work extends from international book and magazine publications to exhibitions in museums and galleries, and his work has been acquired by numerous private and museum collections. His architectural photography has been commissioned by clients throughout the U.S. and South America, including museums publishing catalogs for international exhibitions. His fine art photography has been installed in numerous commercial and private venues. Mr. Domenech lives in Miami and travels on assignments throughout Europe, Asia, and South America.

Portuondo Perotti Architects is a vibrant architectural studio dedicated to the production of serious, lasting architecture. Their primary focus is to produce designs which are intimately sensitive to the needs of the urban whole – therefore producing buildings that will make the city a better place to live. They believe that the essence of architecture lies, not in a superficial battle of the latest fashion or style, but in a patient search for the simple proven values of good design.
